This utility will allow you to meet your HIPAA and GLB
compliance requirement with just a few clicks of a mouse.
Using SafetySend with Microsoft Outlook is very quick and
easy. If you are familiar with Outlook just use these
settings and you will be working in less than five minutes.
Setup version 2.5 is designed specifically for using your
account on the SafetySend system as your secondary
email account to handle compliant messages. Although it is
a fully functional email account this secure email and file
transfer account is designed to run parallel to your
existing mail network.
(Note: There is one limitation to this utility. Although
Microsoft Outlook will not let you use Microsoft Word as
your primary mail editor, you will not lose any critical
functionality to accomplish this task).

Blackberry and other PDA and Smartphones.
To get the best performance results, use
POP settings for your desktop PC and use IMAP settings
for your iPhone, Blackberry, Windows Smartphone or any
PDA.. SafetySend does allow compliant transmission of
PHI to cell phones and PDAs.
